结核清注射剂抗炎及免疫调节作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的通过研究中药复方注射剂结核清(TBQ)对小鼠的抗炎及免疫调节作用,为TBQ注射剂的抗结核免疫药理学和临床前研究提供基础研究依据.方法 (1)ICR小鼠随机分组,进行二甲苯致耳廓肿胀实验及毛细血管通透性实验研究,观察TBQ的抗炎效果;(2)建立环磷酰胺(CY)所致免疫功能低下ICR小鼠模型,随机分组,研究TBQ对小鼠迟发型超敏反应(DTH)的影响.结果 (1)与生理盐水对照组比较,TBQ注射剂高剂量组能明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀度(P〈0.01)和小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增高;(2)TBQ高剂量组对免疫功能低下模型具有上调作用.结论 TBQ注射剂高剂量具有抗炎作用及上调特异性细胞免疫应答作用.

Abstract:Objective To study the anti-inflammation and mmunoregulation function of TBQ injection on mice,and to provide basic evidence for the pre-clinical study of anti-tuberculosis immunopharmacology.Methods(1)The anti-inflammation effect of TBQ on the ICR mice was evaluated by the swelling of mouse pinnea caused by dimethylbenzene and capillary vessel penetrating experiment;(2)Immunosuppressive ICR mouse model induced by cyclophosphamide was established and the effect of TBQ on the delayed type hypersensitivity (DTH) of the mice was observed.Results(1)Compared with normal saline control group,the high-dose of TBQ obviously inhibited the swelling of mouse pinnea degree of ICR mouse caused by dimethylbenzene(P〈0.01) and as well as increased the penetration of capillary vessel of abdominal cavity;(2)The high-dose of TBQ could up-regulating effect on the immunity of mice with low-immunity.Conclusion TBQ has anti-inflammation effects and can improve cell-mediated immunity.
