彩色多普勒超声在诊断甲状腺结节性质中的价值

目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺结节的诊断价值。方法：选择2010年2月-2011年9月我院就诊的甲状腺结节患者188例,术前彩色多普勒超声检查及术中切除病理检查。结果：结节性甲状腺肿病理诊断88例,彩超诊断81例,诊断符合率为92．0％;甲状腺腺瘤病理诊断78例,彩超诊断85例,诊断符合率为91．7％;甲状腺癌病理诊断22例,彩超诊断21例,诊断符合率95．4％。7例结节性甲状腺肿误诊为甲状腺腺瘤。结论：彩色多普勒超声可观察到甲状腺结节不同性质的不同特征,诊断率高,检查方便,应作为甲状腺结节临床常规检查方案。

Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Thyroid Nodule Nature

Purpose： the diagnosis value of color Doppler ultrasound in thyroid nodule was discussed. Method： 188 cases of patients with thyroid nodule who were treated in our hospital from February 2010 to September 2011 were selected and color Doppler ultrasound inspection before operation and resection pathological inspection during operation were conducted on them. Result ： there were 88 cases of pathological diagnosis of nodular goiter and 81 cases of color ultrasonic diagnosis with the diagnosis coincidence rate 92. 0%, and 78 cases of pathological diagnosis of thyroid cancer and 85 cases of color ultrasonic diagnosis with the diagnosis coincidence rate 95. 4%. 7 cases of nodular goiter were misdiagnosed as thyroid adenoma. Conclusion： the different characteristics of thyroid nodule can be the observed by using color Doppler ultrasound with a high diagnosis rate, and the inspection is convenient, so color Doppler ultrasound shall be used as a routine clinical inspection scheme for thyroid nodule.
