摘 要: | 目的:探讨LPS水平与2型糖尿病血糖相关性。方法:采用db/db2型糖尿病小鼠db/db组和对照组db/m,收集门脉血、结肠组织并取匀浆液,用酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定肠道、门脉血中脂多糖的水平;用血糖仪测血糖值。结果:db/db模型组与db/m组相比,肠道LPS水平高(P〈0.05),门脉血中LPS水平高(P〈0.05),肠道比门脉血中LPS水平高(P〈0.05),FPG是高的(P〈0.05),结肠、门脉血中LPS分别与血糖成正相关(r=0.72,P〈0.01;r=0.71,P〈0.01)。结论:LPS水平与2型糖尿病的血糖有关,可为糖尿病的机制的研究提供有力的依据。

Abstract: | Objective: To detecte correlation between The LPS level in intestines and portal blood and FPG of db/db type 2 diabetic mellitus mice. Methods : To select type 2 diabetic mellitus mice db / db group and control db/m group, the collection of portal blood and take colon tissue homogenate, LPS level in intestinal and portal blood were measured by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) ; FPG were measured by Blood glucose meter Results: Compared with db/m group, db / db model group were that LPS level in intestinal and in portal blood were increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the LPS level in intestinal than portal blood is higher ( P 〈 0. 05 ), FPG is inrcesed ( P 〈 0. 05 ), LPS in colon and portal blood and blood glucose was positively related ( r = 0. 72, P 〈 0. 1 ; r = 0.71, P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion: LPS level is associated with blood glucose of type 2 diabetes, can provide a strong basis for the mechanism of diabetes research. |
