泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体检测结果的分析

目的：了解本地区对泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体（CT）感染状况。方法：按科室、性别、年龄段进行统计。结果：CT总阳性检出率为9．87％,其中皮肤科、泌尿外科、妇产科分别为25．O％（11／44）、17．58％（45／256）、7．60％（88／1159）;患者阳性检出率分别为男性18．46％（65／352）,女性7．14％（79／1107）;年龄组别为21—30岁组47．92％（69／144）、31～40组37．50％（54／144）、其他占14．58％（21／144）。结论：皮肤科和泌尿外科明显高于妇产科,男性明显高于女性,在21～30岁、31～40岁年龄组的阳性构成比明显高于其他组。

To analyze the results of detecting Chlamydia trachomatis genital tract infections

Objective： to understand the conditions of Chlamydia trachomatis genital tract infections in local area. Methods： According to the different departments, gender and age brackets the data was analyzed by statistical method. Results： The positive rate of Chlamydia trachomatis was 9. 87% , the rate from the departments of dermatology, urinary surgery and gynaeeology and obstetrics was 25.0% （ 11/44 ）, 17.58% （45/256） and 7.60% （ 88/1159 ） respectively; the positive rate was 18.46% （65/352） in male patients as well as 7.14% （79/1107） in female patients; And47.92% （69/144） in the age bracket from 20 to 30 year old , 37. 50% （54/144） amount 30 to 40 year old while 14. 58% （21/144） in others. Conclusion： The positive rate was higher in the departments of dermatology and urinary surgery than in gynaecology and obstetrics, and higher in male patients than in females, as well higher in the age bracket from 20 to 30 and amount 30 to 40 year old than in others.
