男性肾透明细胞癌性染色体数目异常及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨性染色体数目异常与男性肾透明细胞癌病理分级及临床分期之间的关系。方法:将20例男性肾透明细胞癌按照病理分级和临床分期分组,并选择5例正常肾组织作为阴性对照,用荧光原位杂交技术分析各例肿瘤细胞及对应癌旁细胞性染色体数目变异情况。以性染色体的获得和缺失为变异指标,分析其和肾癌病理分级及临床分期之间的关系。结果:肾癌细胞中性染色体获得显著高于癌旁及正常组织中的细胞(P0.05);低分化组中肿瘤细胞性染色体获得高于高分化组(P0.05);进展性肾癌较局灶性肾癌更易发生性染色体获得(P0.05)。结论:男性肾透明细胞癌细胞性染色体的获得与肿瘤病理分级和临床分期有相关性。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the association between the loss or gain of sex chromosomes and the pathologic grade as well as clinical stage of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) in male patients. Methods:20 cases of male ccRCC were grouped according to the Fuhrman grade and clinical phase and age. 5 cases of normal kidney of severe traumatic injury were selected as control. To access and lack of sex chromosome as variability, analyzes its index for the variation and kidney pathological grading and the relationship between the clinical stages. Results: The percentage of cells with gain of the sex chromosome in tumor was significantly higher than that was in normal tissue and peripheral areas of tumor, and the cells with gain of sex chromosomes were increasing when the risk of renal cell carcinoma rised; besides, cells in advanced ccRCC were more prone to have sex chromosomes gained. Conclusions:This study demonstrates that it is gain rather than loss of the sex chromosomes correlates with tumor stage and pathologic grade of male ceRCC.
