成人胃镜下门齿距齿状线长度与相关因素的研究

目的探讨成人胃镜下门齿距齿状线的长度，与性别、年龄、身高、体重指数（BMI）及相关疾病的关系。方法回顾性分析761例行胃镜检查患者，分别测量门齿距齿状线的长度，并记录性别、年龄、身高、体重及所患疾病等资料。结果成人门齿距齿状线平均长度为（39．53±2．00）Cnl，其中男性为（40．49±1．88）cm，女性为（38．85±1．80）cm，男、女性门齿距齿状线长度之间存在统计学意义（P〈0．01），各年龄组间门齿距齿状线长度无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；成人门齿距齿状线长度与身高、BMI呈直线相关关系（P〈0．05），门齿距齿状线的长度正常组与反流性食管炎组（RE）间无统计学意义（P〉0．05），与食管裂孔疝组（HH）及Barrett食管组（BE）间有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论门齿距齿状线长度与性别、身高、体重指数及食管及胃食管结合部疾病等多种因素有关。

A study on esophageal length of the adult and its related factors by endoscope

Objective To investigate the correlation between the esophageal length of the adult and their sex, age, height, body mass index （BMI） or related diseases. Methods 761 patients were retrospectively analyzed, their length from the fore - tooth to the dentate line of the cardiac was measured by gastroscopy, and their sex, age, height,weight, and diseases were also recorded. Results The average esophageal length was （39.53± 2.00 ） cm, in which （ 40.49 ± 1.88 ） cm for male and （ 38.85 ± 1.80 ） cm for female. The difference between male and female was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The esophageal length in all age groups show significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The esophageal length in adults had correlation with height and BMI （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The esophageal length between normal adults and the reflux esophagitis （RE） didnt show significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but were significant different with the hiatal hernia （HH） and the Barrett esophagus （BE） （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The esophageal length have relation with sex, age, BMI and the gastroesophageal diseases.
