| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管生成素-2（Ang-2）基因在胃癌组织中的表达、微血管密度（MVD）与胃癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP方法,检测64例胃癌组织、22例癌旁正常组织、20例胃良性疾病组织中血管生成素（Ang-2）,以CD34作为血管内皮细胞标记物,对CD34阳性血管进行MVD计数。结果 Ang-2在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为68.75%,在癌旁正常组织和胃良性病变组织中的阳性表达率分别为22.27%、40.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;Ang-2表达与胃癌浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移、临床分期呈正相关（P〈0.05）,Ang-2阴性表达者5年总生存期明显高于Ang-2阳性表达组（分别为50.00%及18.75%,P〈0.05）;胃癌组织、癌旁组织和胃良性病变组织中MVD分别为33.69±11.60、10.65±3.00和17.20±1.98,3者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;MVD与浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移及临床分期呈正相关（P〈0.01）,而与肿瘤大小、分化程度、有无脉管侵犯无相关（P〉0.05）;MVD≤33的胃癌患者总生存期较MVD〉33患者明显延长（分别为45.45%及16.67%）,差异有统计学意义﹙P〈0.05）。经相关分析,Ang-2阳性表达率与MVD呈正相关（r=0.618,P〈0.01）。结论 Ang-2的表达和MVD与胃癌的生长、浸润、转移及预后有一定的相关性。 |
