| 摘 要： | 目的建立雄性与雌性兔激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型，探讨兔激素性股骨头缺血性坏死发生早期的性别差异。方法选取20只新西兰大白兔，雌雄各半，使用马血清加醋酸泼尼松龙制备兔激素性股骨头坏死模型。在激素注射完毕2周后，检测兔的甘油三酯、总胆固醇、空骨陷窝率、骨髓脂肪细胞直径与面积。结果10只雄性动物中有8只发生了早期骨坏死，10只雌性动物中3只发生了骨坏死（P=0．025）。雄性动物造模后的甘油三酯（1．37±0．07）mmol／L、总胆固醇（1．35±0．08）mmol／L、空骨陷窝率（18．70±1．79）％、骨髓脂肪细胞面积（34．41±2．99）mm。与直径（37．27±3．37）μm均比雌性动物组有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论兔激素性股骨头缺血坏死模型发生早期存在性别差异，雄性动物更容易受激素影响发生骨损伤。
