| 摘 要： | 目的分析急性心肌梗死（AMI）并谵妄综合征的临床特点,提高诊断率,增加临床医师对这一组疾病的认识。方法回顾性分析224例AMI患者的临床资料,总结引起谵妄综合征的临床特点。结果 224例AMI患者,合并谵妄综合征32例,发生率为14.3%,临床表现以意识障碍伴全面认知功能障碍为主。结论 AMI引起谵妄的原因很多,危及生命,但多为急性可逆性意识障碍,应引起高度重视。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical feature of the acute myocardial infarction（AMI） complicated with delirium syndrome,enhance diagnostic rate and increase the recognition for clinician of this kind of disease.Methods The clinical data of two hundred and twenty-four patients with acute myocardial infarction were retrospectively analyzed.And clinical feature of delirium syndrome were analyzed as well.Results In two hundred and twenty-four patient with acute myocardial infarction,there were thirty-two patients with delirium syndrome（14.3%）.The clinical manifestation was conscious disturbance and all the cognition disorder.Conclusion There are many reasons for the AMI with delirium,and it may threat life.Lots of them are acute reversibility conscious disturbance. |
