摘    要:目的探讨大蒜素对尖锐湿疣患者细胞免疫功能的影响及疗效。方法将200例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组:对照组仅行电灼治疗,试验组电灼后加用大蒜素。治疗前后均检测各组患者外周血NK细胞和T细胞亚群。结果尖锐湿疣患者与正常人T细胞亚群比较,外周血CD3+细胞、CD4+细胞降低,CD8+细胞增高(P<0.05),CD4+/CD8+比值降低(P<0.01);而NK细胞数无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后试验组与对照组比较,CD3+细胞、CD4+细胞、CD4+/CD8+比值升高,CD8+细胞降低、(P<0.05)。随访3个月,试验组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大蒜素用于尖锐湿疣的治疗,可调节细胞免疫功能,提高患者T淋巴细胞亚群,降低尖锐湿疣复发率。

Effect of Allicin on cellular immunity and recurrence in patients with condyloma acuminatum

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Allicin on the cellular immune function and recurrence in patients with condyloma acuminatum.Methods 200 patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were received electrodesiccation.The patients in the treatment group were received electrodesiccation and allicin.The levels of cellular immunity were assayed before and after therapy in two groups.Results Compared with the healthy people,the CD3+ T cells,CD4+ T cells and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ in patients with CA were all lower(P<0.05);while the CD8+cells were higher(P<0.01) before treatment.NK cell counts were no obvious different.Compared with the control group after treatment,the CD3+ T cells,CD4+ T cells and the ratio of CD4+/ CD8+ were all higher,while the CD8+cells were lower(P<0.05) in the treatment group.Follow-up of 3 months,The recurrence rate in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Allicin can produce synergistic effects regulating the cellular immunity and improving the function of T cells in the patients with CA.Meanwhile,it can obviously reduce the high recurrence rate of CA.
