新疆策勒县妇女病现状调查与分析

目的:调查新疆策勒县妇女病患病现状,为今后开展妇女病防治提供依据。方法:2003年7月~2004年7月间,以新疆策勒县城及各乡镇周边村的已婚妇女为调查对象,进行问卷调查、妇科检查及宫颈涂片,凡宫颈涂片Ⅱb以上者在阴道镜下行宫颈活检。结果:共调查8020人,资料完整可供统计者7971人。患病率分别为宫颈糜烂39·36%、盆腔炎11·50%、阴道炎10·57%、宫颈非典型性增生803/10万、宫颈癌526/10万。宫颈癌患病率山区高于平原(P<0·01)。结论:应高度重视该地区妇女患病状况,特别是宫颈癌的患病状况,并加强该地区妇女病的防病治病工作。

Investigation and analysis of gynecopathy in Cele county of Xinjiang, China

Objective:To get information on the status of gynecopathy of Cele county of Xinjiang so as to provide evidence for treatment and prevention of gynecopathy in this area.Methods:Married women in the town of Cele County and in villages nearby townships were investigated, and gynecological examinations and cervical smears were carried out from July 2003 to July 2004.Biopsy examinations were conducted for all women whose diagnosis of cervical smears was Ⅱb or above.Results:A total of 8 020 married women were investigated, among them 7 971 had the information required for analysis.The prevalence rate of cervical erosion, pelvic inflammation, colpitis, cervical atypical displasia and cervical cancer were 39.36%, 11.50%, 10.57%, 803/100 000 women, and 526/100 000 women, respectively. The prevalence of cervical cancer at mountain areas was higher than that of plain areas (P<0.01).Conclusion:The much attention should be paid to gynecopathy, especially to cervical cancer in the country, and the prevention and control of gynecopathy should be controlled in the area.
