护理本科生实习前心理状态调查

目的 :了解护生实习前的心理状态 ,为实习前、实习初期的教育指导提供依据。方法 :对山西医科大学汾阳学院 2 0 0 1级 6 0名护理本科生实习前心理状态进行调查。结果 :实习前 ,护生主要对护理操作技术及患儿、产妇、急危重症患者护理的专业知识与人际沟通的临床应用表示担心。结论 :应积极采取措施 ,加强护生心理素质的培养 ,提高应用知识的能力。

An Investigation on Psychology of Nursing Undergraduate Students before the Stage of Clinical Practice

Objective To understand the psychology of nursing undergraduate students before clinical practice, and to provide a basis for instruction nursing students before clinical practice.and at its early stage.Methods A total of 60 nursing undergraduate students in fenyang college of shanxi medical university were investigated via filling out questionnaire.Results Before clinical practice, nursing students were worried about the clinical application of the nursing operation,nursing professional knowledge and communication on sick children,lying-in women and critically ill patients.Conclusion We should actively take messures to foster good psychology state,and improve ability of application.
