| 摘 要： | 目的深入了解年轻护士发生给药差错后的真实心理感受,为护理安全管理体系提供依据。方法采用现象学研究的访谈法,对11位曾发生给药差错的年轻护士进行访谈,将获得的资料分析整理,提炼出主题。结果年轻护士在发生给药差错后,会出现紧张、不安、自责、委屈等一系列心理反应。结论年轻护士易发生给药差错,发生后存在较多心理反应,护理管理层应采取相应措施,重在预防差错的发生,发生差错后予无惩罚处理。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the real mental experience of young nurses after administering wrong medicine to provide evidence for nursing safety management system.Method 11 young nurses who have experiences of administering wrong medicine receive in-depth interview by phenomenological interview.Result Young nurses have a series of mental respond after administering wrong medicine,such as stress,anxiety,self-accusation and chagrin.Conclusion Young nurses tend to have administering wrong medicine and many following mental responds.Managers should take corresponding measures and focus on preventing errors,leaving no punishment after errors. |
