| 摘 要： | 近年来输卵管性不孕症呈逐年上升的趋势,发病率高、病因复杂,治疗颇为棘手,给病人和家庭带来很大痛苦。临床多可概括为气滞血瘀、寒凝瘀滞、湿热蕴结、痰瘀互结、因虚致瘀。中医治疗一般从清热利湿、行气活血、软坚散结、通络化痰等论治,随证加减。本文从历来认识中探索该病的根本因素,为治疗提供思路和方法。 |

| Abstract: | In recent years, tubal infertility showed an increasing trend, a high incidence of complex etiology, treatment is quite tricky, and brought great suffering to the patient and family. It can be summarized as Qizhi Xueyu, Hanning Yuzhi, Shire Yunjie, Tanyu Hujie, Yinxu Zhiyu. TCM treatment from Qingre Lishi, Xingqi Huoxue, Ruanjian Sanjie, Tongluo Huayu. Exploring the fundamental factors of the disease from traditionally recognize, and providing ideas and methods for the treatment. |
