流动人口肺结核病患者强化服药期护理干预效果评价

目的探讨对流动人口肺结核病患者强化服药期实施护理干预的效果。方法把120例佛山市流动人口初治肺结核患者随机分为研究组和对照组各60例。两组患者按常规方法进行服药指导,研究组在此基础上,对强化服药期实施个体化护理干预;对患者家属或亲友进行健康教育。干预前、后采用生存质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI）;治疗依从性、疾病知识知晓率问卷对两组患者作测评,比较两组差异。结果护理干预后,研究组患者的治疗依从性、疾病知识知晓率、综合生存质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论强化服药期护理干预能监督流动人口肺结核病患者规范治疗,提高治疗依从性,促进建立健康行为,提高生活质量。

Effect evaluation of nursing intervention for strengthen medication period of tuberculosis patients in floating population

Objective To investigate the effect of taking the implementation of nursing interventions for strengthen medication period of tuberculosis patients in floating population.Methods 120 cases floating population in newly diagnosed tuberculosis patients of Foshan City were randomly divided into study group and control group(n=60 cases).The two groups of patients were given medication guidance by conventional methods.The study group on this basis,carried out the individualized nursing intervention in strengthening medication period;and implemented health education for the patient’s family or relatives.Before and after intervention,evaluated the patients of two groups with comprehensive assessment of quality of life questionnaire(GQOLI-74),treatment adherence,disease knowledge awareness questionnaire compared the difference in the two groups.Results After the intervention,the patients treatment Compliance,disease awareness rate and comprehensive quality of life in study group were better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusions Strengthening medication period nursing intervention can supervise the standard treatment of tuberculosis patients in the floating population,improve their treatment compliance,promote them establish healthy behaviors and improve the quality of life.
