乳腺癌彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床价值

目的探讨经彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的临床应用。方法回顾分析45例乳腺癌患者的经彩色多普勒超声资料,并加以总结。结果典型乳腺癌声像特征为外形不规则,周围高回声环,砂粒样钙化,后方回声衰减等。结论彩色多普勒超声能够准确地反映乳腺癌肿块的特征表现,是鉴别乳腺肿块性质的首选检查方法。

Clinical value of color doppler ultrasound diagnosis with breast cancer
