葛根素对急性乙醇中毒大鼠超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛水平的影响

摘    要:目的观察葛根素对急性乙醇中毒大鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法健康成年体重相近的雄性Wistar大鼠40只,随机分为对照组、模型组、葛根素预防性给药组及葛根素治疗性给药组。测定血中乙醇浓度变化,观察各组大鼠下丘脑和海马中超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛活性及水平变化。结果预防组和治疗组大鼠的血中乙醇浓度均比模型组低;与对照组相比,模型组大鼠下丘脑和海马SOD,MDA发生了明显变化,而葛根素治疗及预防性给药均能够拮抗SOD,MDA的变化,表现为增强SOD活力,降低MDA含量,其中治疗组的对抗性更明显。结论葛根素对急性乙醇中毒大鼠脑内氧化反应有明显的拮抗作用,能起到保护及治疗的作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of puerarin on Superoxide Dismutase ( SOD) and Malondialde- hyde ( MDA) in rats with acute alcohol poisoning.
