| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨maspin与肺癌的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化技术检测maspin在肺癌及正常肺组织中的表达,TdT介导的dUTP缺口末端标记法(TUNEL法)检测细胞凋亡。结果:肺癌组maspin表达较对照组明显减弱,细胞凋亡亦显著减少,两者呈正相关。结论:maspin表达下调可能通过减少细胞凋亡导致肺癌发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between maspin and lung cancer.Methods:Detecting the expression of maspin with immunohistochemistry and examining the apoptosis of cells by TdT mediated dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL).Results:The expression of maspin in the study group was significantly weaker than that in the control group and apoptosis index(AI)obviously decreased too,the expression of maspin was positively correlated with AI.Conclusion:Deregulation of maspin may cause lung cancer by decreasing the apoptosis of cells. |
