| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胎儿水肿综合征的声像图特征及其临床意义。方法对2005年6月至2010年12月本科门诊超声检查诊断为胎儿水肿综合征的65例胎儿的超声表现进行回顾性分析。结果胎儿水肿部位最常见的是腹腔(86.2%),其次是皮下(81.5%);水肿胎儿43.1%出现发育迟缓,58.5%合并其他系统畸形。结论胎儿水肿综合征的声像图特点有助于明确胎儿水肿的部位和程度,检出合并畸形,对临床早期干预及胎儿预后具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic features and clinical significance of ultrasonic diagnosis for fetal edema syndrome.Methods The characteristics of ultrasonogram of 65 cases with fetal edema syndrome diagnosed by ultrasonography in our hospital from June 2005 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The edema was mostly observed in peritoneal cavity(86.2%),and in subcutaneous tissue(81.5%) secondly.Hypoevolutism was observed in 50.8% of the edema cases and malformations of other systems were observed in 58.5%.Conclusion Special ultrasonographic features of fetal edema syndrome is helpful to identify its location and severity,and to check out accompanied malformalities,and is of great significance for the early clinical intervention and the prognosis of fetus. |
