萎胃散治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

目的观察萎胃散对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者血清EGF、GH的影响,探讨萎胃散对慢性萎缩性胃炎及肠上皮化生、异型增生的阻断作用及可能机制。方法选择经胃镜加病理检查确诊的CAG患者140例进行分组对照治疗,其中萎胃散治疗组70例,胃复春对照组70例。两组均3月为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。采用放射免疫法测定血清EGF、GH水平。结果萎胃散治疗组有效率为77.14%,胃复春对照组有效率为62.85%,两组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);对肠上皮化生、异型增生治疗组也有改善作用,但与对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论萎胃散治疗CAG有明显的效果,对胃癌前期病变也有改善作用,并可能通过影响CAG患者血清EGF、GH的水平而起到治疗作用。

Clinical Study on Weiwei Powder in Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective: To observe the effect of Weiwei Powder on EGF and GH in the blood serum of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) and to probe the blocking effect and possible mechanism of Weiwei Powder on CAG and metaplasia and hyterotypical proliferation of intestinal efithelium. Methods: 140 cases of patients with CAG after confirmed diagnosis examination of gastroscope and pathology were divided into two groups and treated in contrast: Weiwei Powder group (70 cases) and Weifuchun group (70 cases). Three months as a course of treatment for two groups, the therapeutic effect was observed after two courses of treatment. Radio-immunity was taken to examine the blood serum EGF and GH level. Results: There was a significant difference in their effective rates (P<0.01): Weiwei Powder group 77.14% while Weifuchun group 62.85%. Weiwei Powder could improve the metaplasia and hyterotypical proliferation of intestinal epithelium of the treated group, which had no significant difference (P>0.05) in comparison with that of the contrast group. Conclusion: Weiwei Powder has a significant effect on CAG and improvement for the pathologic change before carcinoma of the stomach. And it may has the therapeutic effect through affecting the EGF and GH level in the blood serum of patients with CAG.
