| 摘 要： | 目的:观察通络解毒健睥滋阴法治疗慢喉痹的临床疗效,并探讨慢喉痹存在"络阻"的病机特点.方法:采用随机、双盲原则,将符合纳入标准的145例慢喉痹患者随机分为治疗组73例和对照组72例,治疗组予通络解毒健脾滋阴法治疗(含服自制蜜炼柴灵膏),对照组予银黄含化片治疗,观察各组疗效及各组治疗后症状改善情况.结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为91.8%、63.9%(P<0,01),治疗组症状和体征的改善优于对照组.结论:通络解毒健脾滋阴法治疗慢喉痹可显著改善其临床症状.
