靳三针疗法配合功能训练治疗中风偏瘫后肩手综合征的临床观察

摘    要:【目的】观察靳三针疗法配合功能训练治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的疗效。【方法】将82例脑卒中后肩手综合征的患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组40例。治疗组采用靳三针针刺治疗方法结合功能训练,对照组单纯采用功能训练。分别于治疗前后采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对疼痛进行评定,采用简式Fugl—Meyer法进行上肢功能评分,并用测角器测量肩关节主动外展和被动上举的无疼痛范围。【结果】两组治疗后与治疗前比较,均能不同程度地缓解疼痛,改善上肢运动功能和扩大肩关节活动范围(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),且治疗组的改善作用优于对照组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。【结论】靳三针疗法结合功能训练可提高脑卒中后肩手综合征的治疗效果.
