| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对银屑病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法:对60例银屑病患者随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予整体化护理,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)在干预前后分别给两组患者进行评分。结果:比较分析显示,两组患者在实施不同的护理干预后焦虑、抑郁情绪存在高度显著性差异(P(0.01)。结论:对银屑病患者实施整体化护理干预可以使银屑病患者焦虑、抑郁情绪明显改善。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on emotion of anxiety and depression of patients with psoriasis.Methods: Sixty patients with psoriasis were divided randomly into study group and control group.Patients in study group practiced holistic nursing,patients in the control group practiced conventional nursing;self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluated the effects of different nursing in the two groups before and after nursing respectively.Results: By analyzing the scales,the emotion of anxiety and depression had significant differences after different nursing(P<0.01).Conclusion: Emotion of anxiety and depression of patients with psoriasis may be alleviated through intervention of holistic nursing. |
