| 摘 要： | 目的观察口服坎地沙坦缓释片治疗轻、中度原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法筛选出符合条件患者76例,给予坎地沙坦缓释片口服并每日监测血压,根据患者服药后1周、2周、4周的检测指标做出评判和处理。结果显效40例（52.63%）,有效27例（35.53%）,无效9例（11.84%）,总有效率88.16%。不良反应6例（7.89%）。结论坎地沙坦治疗轻、中度原发性高血压,效果明显、耐受性好、不良反应少,临床疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical curative effects of slow-release oral candesartan on mild to modrate essential hypertension.Methods 76 filtered eligible cases were given oral tablets of candesartan and daily monitored blood pressure.Made evaluation and treatment after 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks according to the test target.Results 40 cases were improved greatly(52.63%),27 cases were improved(35.53%),9 cases were invalid(11.84%),the total effective rate was 88.16%.6 cases had dverse reactions(7.89%).Conclusi... |
