摘    要:人类白细胞抗原(HLA)是迄今为止发现的最复杂的人类基因系统。HLA区域单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)的分布频率高于人类整个基因组水平。目前可用多种方法检测SNPs,其中基于杂交原理的基因芯片方法极具价值。本文主要对HLA区域SNPs的检测方法及其在基因关联分析、法医学及致病基因的搜寻中的应用等方面进行综述。

Abstract:Human leukocyte antigen(HLA) is the most complicated gene system among the human genes.The density of single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) in HLA regions is higher than that of whole human genome level.At present,many technologies can be used to detect SNPs in which most valuable method is gene chip based on hybridization.This article presents a review mainly on the detection methods for SNPs in HLA regions and the applications on analysis of gene coralation,forensic medicine and also screening for susceptible genes.
