| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年脑卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法:观察病例72例,随机分成治疗组和对照组各36例,对照组采用药物、康复、高压氧、心理疏导等治疗为主,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中医中药。结果:抑郁程度和神经功能缺损程度对照组治疗前后比较有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后比较有非常显著差异(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复、中药、高压氧相结合的中西医结合疗法能提高老年脑卒中后抑郁的疗效。
