| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨运用中西医结合卒中单元模式治疗急性脑卒中的疗效。方法:对照组180例采用常规西医治疗,治疗组180例采用中西医结合卒中单元模式治疗,分别观察脑卒中神经功能缺损程度(NDS)、日常生活能力(B I)、Fugle-M eye运动功能(FMA),进行初、中、末期评定,比较治疗前后分值。结果:治疗组治疗前后3种评分值比较及与对照组治疗后比较均有非常高度显著性差异(P(0.001),总有效率达90%。结论:中西医结合卒中单元治疗急性脑卒中的治疗措施是积极的、正确的、有效的,值得应用推广,且中医中药及康复的介入应尽早进行。
