| 摘 要： | 近年来,新药研发难度逐渐加大,医药产业面临的挑战更加严重。一个基因——一个药物——一种疾病的新药发现模式已不适合药物研发。中药复方的作用特点以及网络药理学的思想有望成为现代中药创制的新策略。本文以类风湿性关节炎(RA)为例,概要介绍了基于病证结合的中药网络药理学研究思路与方法,并对研究中存在的问题和相应策略进行了分析。
