| 摘 要： | 目的:建立马尾松挥发油的气相色谱指纹图谱,并对不同产地的马尾松针挥发油成分进行比较。方法:采用GC法,以石竹烯为参照物,对10批全国不同产地马尾松针挥发油的指纹图谱进行研究。结果:GC指纹图谱中共有17个共有峰,共有峰面积之和超过总峰面积69%,不同产地马尾松针挥发油的主要成分相似,但含量差异较大。结论:建立的指纹图谱能够为马尾松药材及其制剂的质量控制提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish GC fingerprint of volatile oils in pine needles from pinus massoniana lamb,and compare the difference composition of volatile oils in pine needles gathered from different area.Methods:The fingerprint was adopted By GC,caryopyllene was used as reference material to analyze the volatile oil of 10 bathes pine needles gathered from different area.Results:17common peaks were found on the GC fingerprint,the sum area of common peak is more than 69% of the total peak area.The main components ... |
