| 摘 要： | 目的:观察温补肾阳汤对哮喘小鼠外周血、肺组织Eotaxin表达的影响,探讨其抑制气道炎症作用。方法:健康雌性BALB/c小鼠50只,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、醋酸泼尼松组、温补肾阳汤组、温补肾阳汤+醋酸泼尼松组,每组10只。卵白蛋白(OVA)致敏及激发造模方法建立动物模型。计数肺泡灌洗液EOS;光镜下观察肺组织病理学改变;ELISA检测外周血Eotaxin表达;免疫组织化学检测肺组织Eotaxin蛋白水平。结果:药物干预组小鼠外周血、肺组织Eotaxin表达较模型组明显降低(P<0.01),肺泡灌洗液EOS计数明显减少(P<0.01),其中温补肾阳汤+醋酸泼尼松组较温补肾阳汤组外周血、肺组织Eotaxin表达及肺泡灌洗液EOS计数均降低(P<0.05),但与醋酸泼尼松组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:温补肾阳汤可能通过降低哮喘小鼠体内Eotaxin水平,减轻炎症细胞在肺组织局部浸润,从而抑制气道炎症。温补肾阳汤与醋酸泼尼松有一定协同作用,可减轻或避免大剂量糖皮质激素引起的不良反应。
