| 摘 要： | 目的观察健胃合剂对功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)大鼠的促胃肠动力作用及对胃肠激素的影响。方法:随机分为对照组、模型组、中药组、西药组,用适度夹尾刺激法复制FD模型,分别给水、健胃合剂、多潘立酮,观察各组小肠碳末推进率,检测各组血清胃动素(Motilin)和前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平,以此评价药物疗效。结果:FD大鼠体重降低,P<0.05;中药组及西药组大鼠碳末推进率高于模型组,P<0.05,但前两组间比较无差异,P>0.05;模型组血清Motilin与其他3组比较无统计学意义,P>0.05;模型组PGE2与正常组比较显著降低,P<0.05,中药组、西药组与正常组比较均无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:健胃合剂具有一定促胃肠动力作用,是否与胃动素相关不能肯定,同时有提高PGE2水平作用,可能与胃黏膜保护作用相关。
