培土生金法对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的干预作用研究

目的:评价培土生金法对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的近远期临床疗效及对咳嗽变异性哮喘转变为典型哮喘的预防作用。方法:将76例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组38例,对照组38例。对照组单纯西药治疗,治疗组采用西药治疗同时服用中药汤剂的方法。观察两组咳嗽缓解时间,疗程结束后疗效,治疗前后及停药后6个月、12个月患者血清IgG、IgE变化情况及复发情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.4%;对照组总有效率为89.5%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组咳嗽缓解时间早于对照组,停药后咳嗽复发例数及转化为典型性哮喘例数均少于对照组;患者血清IgG、IgE呈现显著变化。结论:培土生金法治疗小儿CVA具有良好的近远期临床疗效,可有效预防咳嗽变异性哮喘的复发及预防咳嗽变异性哮喘转变为典型哮喘,其疗效的作用机制可能是通过调节患儿的免疫机制实现的。
