| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性肺栓塞的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将患者例随机分为两组,每组48例,均以西药常规抗凝治疗,治疗组加用附子汤合枳实薤白桂枝汤加减。分别对临床症状、血气分析、不良事件、华法林达标时间及剂量进行观察,疗程为15天。结果:15天后,治疗组总有效率(95.8%)高于对照组(75%)(P<0.05),且不良事件发生率低于对照组。治疗7天后,治疗组氧分压(PO2)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组华法林达标时间与剂量分别为(5.0±1.2)天、(3.0±1.5)mg,少于对照组的(7.0±2.6)天、(5.0±2.7)mg(P<0.05)。结论:附子汤合枳实薤白桂枝汤合方加减,联合西药抗凝来治疗肺血栓栓塞症,较单纯抗凝治疗可快速地改善肺栓塞病人的临床症状,纠正低氧血症,临床疗效显著,并可减少华法林的剂量,缩短达标时间,减少不良事件。
