| 摘 要： | 目的:旨在客观评价中药配合中医心理干预方案在改善肿瘤患者心理状态、提高生活质量等方面的临床疗效,并试图为完善恶性肿瘤综合治疗,并形成初步的规范化心理治疗方案提供临床依据。方法:在前期调查的基础上随机选择患有抑郁的恶性肿瘤患者中86例分为45人治疗组和41人对照组。对照组采用常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上,增加解毒疏肝中药方并配合心理干预疗法。全部病例均连续治疗1个月为1个治疗周期。每组分别观察治疗1个周期。比较治疗前后两组患者社会支持量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分状况。结果:中医药及心理干预方案对于改善肿瘤患者的社会支持评分、SAS评分及SDS方面较对照组均有统计学意义。结论:以调畅情志为主的中医药及心理干预治疗可以作为肿瘤综合治疗的一部分,对提高肿瘤患者生活信心,改善精神抑郁或者焦虑方面大有裨益。
