| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中医规范化治疗早、中期慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法:将90例早、中期慢性肾衰竭患者按血肌酐不同水平选择不同治疗途径,分成中药口服组、中药口服加中药保留灌肠组、中药口服加灌肠加结肠透析组各30例,中药口服按照中医辨证本虚标实程度的不同选择不同剂量。观察患者治疗前后的血尿素氮(BUN),血肌酐(Scr),肌酐清除率(Ccr)等指标。结果:各组治疗后较治疗前血Bun、血Scr均降低,Ccr均升高,治疗前后比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药口服、中药保留灌肠、结肠透析多途径治疗早、中期慢性肾衰竭有较好疗效。
