摘    要:目的评定火焰原子吸收光谱法测定饮料中镁含量的测量不确定度。方法根据测定方法建立数学模型,分析测量不确定度来源,计算各不确定度分量和扩展不确定度。结果当k=2(95%置信概率)时,饮料中镁的含量为(4.45±0.68)mg/L。结论测量不确定度的主要来源为样品定容体积引入的不确定度和曲线拟合引入的不确定度以及重复测定时产生的不确定度。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To evaluate the uncertainty of measuring Magnesium level in drinks by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. [ Methods] The mathematical model was established based on the measuring method. The uncertainty source was analyzed and the standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were calculated. [ Results] When k = 2 (95% confidence probability), Magnesium level in drinks was ( 4.45 ± 0.68 ) mg/L. [ Conclusion] The main source of uncertainty is final volume, calibration curve and repeated measurement.
