护士长在提高妇产科护理质量中的职责探讨

目的探讨在提高妇产科护理质量中护士长的职能与素质要求：方法对我院妇产科的患者进行调查，了解护士长在提高妇产科护理质量中的职责。结果护士长素质有待提高，职责有待明确，其可提高患者的满意度和护理质量。结论通过我们的研究发现，要想切实落实提高护理质量的措施，不仅护士长要具备优良的自身素质，而且还需要给予护士长明确的职能、一定的服务监督管理权，对护士长实行责任制度，这样才能充分发挥护士长在护理工作中的作用。

Discussion of responsibility of head nurses in nursing quality improvement in obstetrical and gynecological department

Objective To discuss the responsibility and quality requirement of head nurses in nurs- ing quality improvement in obstetrical and gynecological department. Methods The responsibility of head nurses in nursing quality improvement in obstetrical and gynecological department were investigated by carrying out surveys in patients of obstetrical and gynecological department. Results The quality of head nurses needed improvement and their responsibility required definitude, thus the satisfaction degree of patients and nursing quality can be improved. Conclusions Through this research, we find that the head nurses not only need good quality, but also should be given definite responsibility and certain service, su- pervising and management power, if so, they can fully exert their role in nursing work.
