螺旋CT冠状动脉钙化积分与冠状动脉造影对比分析

目的:将多层螺旋CT冠状动脉钙化积分与冠状动脉造影比较,评估钙化积分在预测冠脉狭窄中的作用。方法:50例患者均行多层螺旋CT冠状动脉钙化积分检查以及冠状动脉造影。结果:当螺旋CT冠状动脉钙化积分>400时与冠状动脉造影的符合率是100%,当管腔狭窄<50%,积分均值为23,当管腔狭窄>75%,积分均值为235,两组间有显著差别。结论:多层螺旋CT冠状动脉钙化积分能较准确反映冠状动脉钙化,高积分值与冠脉狭窄有明显的相关性。

Comparsion of Coronary Calcium Score by Spiral CT with Coronary Angiography

Objective Compare coronary calcium score(CCS)by multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)and coronary angiography and function of evaluation calcium score at estimate coronary artery narrow inside.Methods 50 patients were performed check of CCS and diagnosis was proved with coronary angiography.Results Multi-slice spiral CT CCS>400,linearly match the rate with the coronary angiography is 100%.When lumen narrowing<50% everage worth of score is 23 and lumen narrowing>75% everage worth of score is 235,a significant difference was found between two.Conclusion The coronary calcium score by MSCT can be accurate to reflect the coronary artery calcium.The high score is worth to narrowing with coronary artery to there is obvious relativity.
