电视胸腔镜手术24例报告

自1995年7月到1996年6月,我们施行电视胸腔镜手术24例,其中8例肺大庖破裂行肺大庖切除和胸膜固定术,9例血胸行胸内血块和积血清除并止血,l例肺孤立性包块行楔形切除,2例胸腔感染和1例胸腔感染伴胸内出血行扩清术。胸膜、肺活检3例。l例病人因肺被纤维板包裹及另1例大血管出血而改行开胸手术。结果:17例自发性气胸和血气胸近期疗效满意,3例胸膜、肺活检得到确诊。l例术后49天因胸内再次大出血死亡。2例手术在局麻下进行。

Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery A Report of 24 Cases

From July 1995 to June 1996, VATS were performed in 24 patents, in which 8 cases ofbullous emphysema resection and pleurodesis, 9 cases of hemothorax drainage and hemostasis, 1 case ofpulmonary nodule wedge resection, 3 cases of pleura andlung biopsy, 2 cases of empyema drainage and 1case of drainage of empyema and hemothorax. Thoracotomy was carried out in 2 cases, one for resectin offibrous board of empyema and another for hemostasis of bleeding from larger veins. The clinical results ofthe 17 cases of VATS for pneumothorax and hemothorax were satisfactary. Three biopsies of lung andpleura were taken by VATS and the diagnosis detected. One patient died on the 49th postoperative daydue to secondary hemorrhage. Two operations were performed under local anesthesia.
