高血压与多种危险因素相关性分析

目的:研究原发性高血压(EH)患者与部分危险因素:体重指数(BMI)、血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)活性、脂类、血糖(GLU)、胰岛素(INS)水平及胰岛素抵抗(IR)间的相关关系.方法:127例EH患者及76例健康对照者,测定收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、BMI.空腹GLU、INS、ACE、胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度胆固醇(HDL)、低密度胆固醇(LDL),和服糖后两小时GLU INS.计算出胰岛素敏感指数(ISIC).结果:(1)127例EH患者血压与年龄,BMI、IR、TG、LDL和服糖后两小时GLU INS呈显著正相关;(2)血压与HDL、空腹GLU无相关性;(3)多因素回归分析显示IR和BMI是影响血压最重要的因素.结论:高血压患者存在胰岛素抵抗,当高血压合并肥胖时,IR更为明显.高血压病与糖尿病(DM)和心血管疾病间有许多共同的发病基础.

The Analysis on Relativity between Hypertension and Other Risk Factors

Objective: To explore the relativity between hypertension and body mass index (BMI), Angiotension Coverting En-zyme(ACE), Lipin, Blood glucose (GLU), Insulin(ins), Insulin resistance(IR) . Methods: GLU, INS, Cholesterol(CHO), Triglyc-erides(TG), High - density lipoprotein(HDL) and Low - density lipoprotein(LDL) concentrations were measured,BMI and Hypertension also were measured in 127 EH and 76 normal subjective Insulin sensitive index(ISIC) were counted out. Results: (1) A significant positive relativity between hypertension and Age BMI,IR, TG, LDL and GLU, INS. (2) There are no relativity between hypertension and fasting serum glucose(FPG) ,HDL. (3) Multiple regression analysis shows that: IR and BMI are the most important risk factors of hypertension. Conclusion: There are insulin resistance in EH, and when EH with fat, Insulin resistance is more significant. EH, DM and cardiovascular disease are caused by many similar factors.
