内关、公孙协同作用的神经解剖学研究

运用ＣＢ－ＨＲＰ神经示踪法对内关，公孙配伍机理从神经解剖学角度进行探讨。结果：内关、公孙配伍运用，其针刺信息可在脊髓内经中间内、外侧核的神经元纤维感传至相应脊髓节段，再分别通过与交感神经，副交感神经形成突触联系，形成脊髓层次的协同增效关系；同时通过两穴在脊髓内相应神经元向孤束核的投射纤维产生突触联系，实现对胃等内脏传入信息在脊髓和孤束核水平的调节整合作用。

Neuroanatomic Study on Synergistic Action of Neiguan(PC 6)and Gongsun(SP 4)Points

Mechanisms of cooperative action of Neiguan(PC 6) point and Gongsun(SP 4)were studied by CB HRP nerve tracer method and regulative action of combination of the two points on functions of the stomach and other internal organs were approached from the view point of neuroanatomy.Results showed that when combination of Neiguan(PC 6)and Gongsun(SP 4)was applied,the message can conduct to corresponding spinal segment via neuronal fibers of medial and lateral nuclei in the spinal cord,and then form synaptic connection with sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve respectively,producing the cooperative increasing effect in the spinal level;At the same time,the regulative integration on afferent information from the stomach and other internal organs were carried our in the level of the spinal cord and the nucleus of solitary tract via the synaptic connection formed by the projuction fibers of corresponding neurons of the two points in the spinal cord to the nucleus of solitary tract.
