护理干预对创伤骨科病人焦虑的影响

目的探讨护理干预对创伤骨科病人焦虑的影响。方法将100例病人随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例,两组病人在住院期间均接受常规护理干预,而实验组病人同时进行特殊护理干预。两组病人均在术后第1、第8天分别采用Zung的焦虑自评量表(SAS))测量病人焦虑程度。结果护理干预后术后第1天实验组和对照组的中、重度焦虑程度比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;术后第8天两组病人中、重度焦虑程度比较,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论护理干预不但可以减轻或消除病人焦虑状态,还可以减轻或消除病人的疼痛。

Effect of nursing intervention on the anxiety in traumatic osteopathic patients

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the anxiety in traumatic osteopathic patients. Methods One hundred patients in osteopathic ward were divided randomly into experiment group and control group. Patients in both groups accepted normal nursing intervention. In addition, patients in the experiment group accepted extra special nursing intervention. SAS was adopted to measure their anxiety on the first day and eighth day after surgery. Results On the first day after surgery, there is no difference in the degree of middle and severe anxiety in both groups (P > 0.05). However, the difference is significant on the eighth day after operation (P < 0.01). Conclusion Nursing intervention not only can alleviate or eliminate patients' anxiety state, but also can lessen or eradicate their pain.
