摘    要:目的:研究灵芝孢子粉中As、Hg、Pb、Cd 4种重金属含量.方法:采用原子荧光光谱法、原子吸收分光光度法分别测定灵芝孢子粉中As、Hg及Pb、Cd、的含量.结果:灵芝孢子粉中As、Hg、Pb、Cd最高含量分别为0.342 mg·kg-1、0.043 mg·kg-1、10.495 mg·kg-1、0.649 mg·kg-1.结论:该方法简单可行,为灵芝孢子粉中As、Hg、Pb、Cd 的含量测定提供了可靠的检测方法,为其质量标准的制定提供了科学依据.

Abstract:Objective : To establish the method for the determination of four heavy metals ( As, Hg, Pb and Cd) in ganoderma luci- dum spores. Methods: Atomic fluorescence spectrometry and atom absorption spectrophotometry were used to determine the content of As, Hg, Pb and Cd in ganoderma lucidum spores. Results: The maximum content of As, Hg, Pb and Cd in ganoderma lucidum spores was 0. 342, 0. 043 , 10.495,0.649 mg ~ kg-~, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, which provides a reliable method for the rapid measurement the four heavy metals in ganoderma lucidum spores and a scientific basis for the quality standard establishment.
