| 摘 要： | 目的：观察葛根素注射液缓解心绞痛,改善冠状动脉缺血的临床疗效。方法;对３０例冠心病心绞痛,中医辨证属“心血瘀阻”证患者,进行心绞痛缓解率与心电图好转率的观察。结果：心绞痛缓解总有效率９０％,心血瘀阻证证候改善总有效率９３．３３％,心电图好转率７６．６６％。结论：葛根素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效较为满意,临床观察中未见任何毒副反应。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of Gegensu Injection in relieving angina pectoris and ischemia of coronary artery. METHOD:30 patients of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris diagnosed as " obstruction by heart blood" were treated and the remission rate and ECG were observed. RESULT:The total effective rate for angina pectoris was 90.00%, the total effective rate for the syndrome of obstruction by heart blood was 93.33% and the ECG improvement rate was 76.66%. CONCLUSION:This injection is effective for coronary heart disease with angina pectoris without any toxic side effect. |
