| 摘 要： | 目的 :测定香连丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 :采用薄层扫描法和分光光度法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。应用 t检验考察二种方法之间是否存在显著性差异。结果 :薄层扫描法可排除其它生物碱的干扰 ,平均回收率为 99.75 % ,RSD=1.5 6 % ,方法简单、准确 ,重现性好。二种方法存在显著性差异。结论 :本法可作为香连丸的含量测定

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of Berberine hydrochloride in Xianglian pills.METHOD:Using TLC scanning and spectrophotography to determinate the content of berberine hydrochloride.Examining the significant difference between the two methods with T test.RESULTS:TLC scanning can remove the interference of other alklorids,the average recovery is 99.75%,RSD=1.56%,this method is simple,accurate and with a good reproducibility.It is a significant difference between the two methods.CONCLUSION:This method can determinate the content of Xianglian pills. |
