| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨炮制对决明子中蒽醌含量的影响。方法 :采用分光光度法及薄层扫描法对决明子及其炮制品中蒽醌类成分进行了含量比较分析。结果 :决明子炮制后 ,总蒽醌类成分和结合态蒽醌类成分含量降低 ,游离态蒽醌类成分含量增加。结论 :本实验为决明子炮制工艺标准的制订提供了可靠依据

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To explore process influence on anthraquinones contents in Semen cassiae.METHODS:The contents of anthraquinones constituents in Semen cassiae and its processed product were comparative analyzed by spectrophotometry and TLC scanning. RESULTS:The contents of general and combining state anthraquinones decresed and the contents of free state anthraquinones increased in Semen cassiae through processing.CONCLUSION:This experiment provided a reliable basis for the technology standard of processing Semen cassiae. |
