| 摘 要： | 目的：综述了金属有机骨架的特点及其载药方面的应用。方法：通过查阅近年来金属有机骨架的文献,并对其进行归纳、分析与整理。结果：目前围绕文献和实验两方面对金属有机骨架进行研究,主要对合成方法和载药等方面进行探讨。结论：探索金属有机骨架的制备方法,设计出适合载药的金属有机骨架,以提高药物的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To review the characteristics of metal organic frameworks （MOFs） and its drug delivery application. Mehods： Literatures on the MOFs in recent years were summarized and analyzed. Results： At present, the studies on the MOFs are concentracted on two aspects, the literature of arrangement and the experiments on synthetic methods and drug delivery. Conclusion： To explore the synthetic methods of MOFs, and design a suitable MOF for drug delivery, to improve the therapeutic effect of drugs. |
