| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者C肽与糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的相关性。方法T2DM患者150例分为有DR(A组,56例)和无DR(B组,94例)两组,比较两组空腹C肽、餐后2-hC肽,并对DR的危险因素作Logistic回归分析。结果 A组空腹C肽和餐后2-h C肽均低于B组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。餐后2-h C肽是DR发生的重要影响因素。结论合并DR的T2DM患者餐后2-h C肽降低是DR发生的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between C-peptide and diabetic retinopathy(DR) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 150 T2DM patients was devided into groups of A(with DR,56 cases) and B(without DR,94 cases).The concentrations of fasting serum C-peptide and post-meal 2-hour serum C-peptide were compared between two groups.The risk factors for DR were analyzed.Results The levels of fasting serum C-peptide and post-meal 2-hour serum C-peptide were lower in group A than those in group B(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Post-meal 2-hour serum C-peptide was an important effective factor for DR.Conclusion A decrease of post-meal 2-hour serum C-peptide is a risk factor for DR in T2DM patients. |
