| 摘 要： | 他汀类药被广泛用于降低胆固醇,但近来的实验室及临床研究发现,他汀类药物用于慢性心力衰竭治疗,可延缓慢性心力衰竭进展,改善心功能,降低慢性心力衰竭致残率、死亡率。他汀类药物治疗慢性心力衰竭的机制与改善血管内皮功能、抗氧化应激、抗炎、改善心肌重构、调节神经及内分泌的“多重效应”有关。 |

| Abstract: | Statins are potent and widely used cholesterol-lowering drugs. Recently,several clinical trials and animals studies have demonstrated prevention of heart failure progress, improvement of cardiac function, a significant reduction of cardiovascular mortality and morbidity in chronic heart failure patients treated with statins. The mechanism of beneficial effects was associated with statins'pleiotropic effects. The pleiotropic effects involved improvement of endothelial function,reversion of adverse ventricular remodeling,anti-inflammation and antioxidative stress,favorable modulation of the nervohormones. |
