肾移植术后肝功能损害的诊治

目的:探讨肾移植术后肝功能损害的病因诊断及治疗。方法:分析82例肾移植患者术后肝功能损害病因,提出了合理而有效的治疗方案。结果:82例肝功损害患者中,药物毒性肝损害70例(85.5％),全部治愈;乙肝病毒性肝损害12例(14.5％),8例治愈,4例发生急性肝功能衰竭死亡。结论:对肾移植术后肝功能损害,应仔细鉴别,区别处理,应特别注意免疫抑制剂的调整和环孢素A浓度的监测。

Diagnose and Treatment of Liver Function Lesion after Kidney Transplantation

Objective To investigate thr etiological diagnosis and therapy of liver function lesion after kidney transplantation. Method Reasonable therapeutic methods have been put forward by analyzing the etiological factor of 82 patients with liver function lesion after kidney transplantation. Result Of 82 patients with liver function lesion,70 suffered from liver function lesion caused by the drug toxicity and 12 by hepatitis B virus. All the formers were cured. Of the latters,8 were cured and 4 died from acute hepatic failure. Conclusion We should diagnose carefully and treat differently the patients with the liver function lesion after transplantation. Morever, the adjustment of immuno-suppressive drugs and monitoring cyclosporine A concentration should be given to the patient whose liver function was damaged.
